The full door panel perimeter galvanized 16 gauge steel frame is formed in one piece, then powder coat painted. The full perimeter eliminates unsightly miter corners, increases strength of the door panel and helps resist warp. The paint system uses a six stage wash and pretreatment to clean and pre-coat each part.

The door panels, with matching crossbucks, can be assembled over matching or contrasting 29 gauge steel covered commercial grade OSB core.

The door hinges are designed to be extra strong and horse safe. The large hinge half that attaches to the building has rounded corners. All hinges are “E” coated for corrosion resistance then powder coated to match the door.

Available for the assembled Dutch door is a predrilled steel jamb kit for quick, accurate and sag-free installation of the door.

Now available are Dutch Doors “with a view.” These lited Dutch Doors offer 1/4 inch thick impact resistant acrylic glazing in the top half of the door. The windows are available in white or evergreen. These doors are ideal for use as an exterior or interior door for tack rooms and offices.
